Aleph-Bet Flash Cards!
Shalom, Torah Moms!
Like many of you, I homeschool. One of the things I would like to teach my family - and myself - is Hebrew! I love foreign language learning in general, but with Hebrew playing such a central role in our faith and our scriptural understanding, I feel it's doubly important.
I would love to say that I've made great strides in this area, but I have not. Homeschooling is, quite honestly, something with which I struggle. I have my good days, and my bad days.
On one of those good days, I took the time to create these Hebrew Letters for my family. They can be used as flash cards, and can also be used to build small words if multiple sets are printed. My family laminated them and used them as flashcards. The set includes the vowel markers.
When making this set, I used Zola's Introduction to Hebrew by John Parsons as my source. You can buy that directly from the Zola Levitt Ministries Online store here. It is a very good resource for anyone learning Hebrew as a beginner.
The first couple of pages of my cutouts are previewed for you below. If you would like to use this printable for your own family, click here. This is available for free download! Let me know if it's helpful to you, and if your family came up with a creative use! I'd love to see new ideas.
I wish you all the best in your homeschooling and Hebrew learning endeavors! Be blessed!
